Fifteen surfaces in the admin console, delivered production-grade and rolled out in stages — catalogue and stock first, then checkout and payments, then fulfilment and returns — so the store kept trading throughout.

- 01Overview
Overview
Revenue, orders, customers and return rate for the month, a revenue chart against the previous period, the products actually selling, and the most recent orders with their payment method and state.
- 02Products
Products
The whole catalogue in one table — product, category, price, live stock and status — filterable to men's, women's or drafts, with create and edit running through the same form.
- 03Orders
Orders
The order pipeline from Pending through Shipped to Delivered, each row carrying the customer, the date, how it was paid and the total — and an order review screen holding the items, the address and the payment.
- 04Payments
Payments
The ledger: what cleared, by which method, against which order — UPI, card, wallet, net banking and cash on delivery reconciled the same way.
- 05Shipping
Shipping
Courier assignment and tracking pulled onto the order itself, so the state a customer sees in the app is the state the team sees in the console.
- 06Inventory
Inventory
Stock levels per SKU drawn as a level rather than a number, with total, low-stock and out-of-stock counts — the screen that stopped the overselling.
